Growing Together with Intention
IAMSPR (pronounced “I Am Super”) is a movement built on one simple belief: we grow better when we grow together. In a world shaped by hyperchange, families, schools, and communities need shared language, shared tools, and shared hope. IAMSPR offers all three — a practical system for navigating life with clarity, courage, and connection.
This project began as a book. It became a toolkit. And now, it’s a nonprofit movement dedicated to helping FAMs grow stronger together.
Our Why
Students and their home‑and‑school families are facing challenges unlike anything we’ve seen before — school shootings, mental health struggles, the pressures of social media, and the constant churn of change. Rules about what not to do aren’t enough. Young people need a positive, long‑term focus that strengthens their FAMs and helps them navigate life with intention.
IAMSPR exists to:
- promote family, community, and hope
- give FAMs tools for resilience and connection
- help people see their patterns and communicate their needs
- create shared language across homes, classrooms, and communities
- build a movement of people who choose to grow together
We believe that when people have the tools to understand themselves and each other, they can build something brighter than any of us could build alone.

Sam — educator, creator, facilitator, and author of IAMSPR.
Sam spent ten years developing the IAMSPR system, blending research, lived experience, and community wisdom into a practical framework for thriving during hyperchange. Their work is rooted in empathy, clarity, and the belief that growth is a shared journey.

IAMSPR is supported by a small but dedicated team of collaborators, educators, designers, and early adopters who help bring the movement to life. Together, we:
