Growing Together with Intention
IAMSPR (pronounced “I Am Super”) began as a communication tool — a way to help families and groups grow together intentionally in the middle of hyperchange. As the work evolved, it became clear that a book alone could not support the diverse families, teams, and communities who wanted to grow together.
IAMSPR grew into a toolkit, then into a nonprofit organization, and now into a movement committed to making awareness for change agency and growing together accessible to everyone.
Everyone deserves to be a thriver, doer, and evolver‑in‑progress. Access is non‑negotiable.
Those who need IAMSPR the most often lack the means to access family‑first, growing‑together resources. IAMSPR was created to bridge that gap — to make more light, to help the world grow together instead of apart, and to ensure that cost is never a barrier to shared growth.
IAMSPR offers simple, practical tools that help people understand their patterns, communicate their needs, and grow together with intention.

Sam — educator, creator, facilitator, and author of IAMSPR.
Sam spent ten years developing the IAMSPR system, blending research, lived experience, and community wisdom into a practical framework for thriving during hyperchange. Their work is rooted in empathy, clarity, and the belief that growth is a shared journey.

IAMSPR is supported by a small but dedicated team of collaborators, educators, designers, and early adopters who help bring the movement to life. Together, we:
